Encourage participation in daily routines, hobbies and social activities
Provide practical assistance with well-being, independence, and skill-building

Maintain clear, accurate documentation to support progress
And most importantly, help people feel valued, included and able to have fun!
This role requires flexibility to work a mix of day, evening and weekend shifts.
