About the Role
Looking for flexibility, variety, and a role that truly makes a difference?
We have a casual position available with a mix of day, evening, weekend, awake night, and sleepover shifts. Whether you’re after a few shifts a week or something more regular, this is a fantastic way to gain hands-on experience while working around your lifestyle.
You’ll work across different services and meet incredible people—no two days are the same! Plus, there’s potential to move into permanent hours down the track.
What You’ll Do
Support people to set and achieve personal goals
Encourage participation in daily life and community activities
Provide practical assistance with routines, well-being, and skill-building
Model positive behaviours and foster confidence, resilience, and hope
Keep clear, accurate documentation to support progress
And most importantly—make sure the people you support have fun and feel valued!

Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
Great communication and relationship-building skills
A calm, positive attitude—even when things get challenging
A genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed
A full driver’s licence and basic computer skills
A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 4 Health & Wellbeing) or willingness to work toward one
