Job Description
The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-loving admin superstar to join our HR team in Dunedin. This is a part-time role (25 hours per week).
You’ll be a key part of our Workforce team, helping out with admin tasks and getting hands-on experience in entry-level HR work
About You
You might be studying HR or have some junior experience in the field. You’re organised, process-driven, and eager to learn.
You don’t need to know everything—we’ll train you. But you do need to bring:

Good judgment about when to chat and when to focus
Desired Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
Managing the Workforce email inbox
Maintaining our HR system
Data entry and upkeep of employee records
Supporting HR processes like orientation and compliance (e.g. police vetting, driver’s licence checks)
Keeping staff files accurate and up to date
Liaising with Payroll and IT teams
Pre-screening candidates
General administrative support
Lunchtime reception cover
What We’re Looking For
Currently studying HR or with some entry level HR experience
Previous office-based admin experience
A positive, professional attitude and friendly approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and prioritisation abilities
A methodical, consistent work style with great attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Must be available for an in-person interview in Dunedin
