Job Description
As a Service Manager at Pact Group, you will play a pivotal role in our Pukerua & Paraparaumu services. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of support workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality community services.
Develop, implement, and monitor service delivery plans and strategies to meet the needs of the community.
Oversee budgetary planning and financial management for service operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and community organisations to enhance service provision.
Monitor and evaluate service outcomes against predefined performance indicators, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies governing community service delivery.
Main Tasks:
Lead regular team meetings to communicate objectives, provide support, and address any operational challenges.
Conduct performance appraisals, provide coaching, and identify training needs for team members.
