The Role
Pact is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to work alongside clients on their journey of reintegration into the community. We are seeking an individual who will inspire, encourage, be a role model, plus have excellent interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.
We are looking for someone who is client-focused, easily adaptable to a dynamic environment, understanding, observant and non-judgmental. Further you will need excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate resilience, integrity and professionalism.
Even if you have had no previous experience, though know you have the right attitude, enjoy supporting people in your personal life, have a natural way about you, are innovative and can think on your feet and you’re willing to learn and grow not only yourself, but the people around you, then apply with Pact. As we operate 24/7, hours of work will include day, evening, weekend and awake night shifts
A level 4 or other relevant qualification in mental health is also desirable but not essential. Otherwise, there is an expectation that you will be willing to start working towards obtaining a level 4 mental health qualification after your first year of employment.
- A full driver's licence and computer skills are essential
- If on a work visa, this must be valid for at least twelve months
- Must be available for an interview in Lower Hutt
